ADAPT Freshness is what happens when a Chef and a Nutritionist combined their passion for food with the love of their community. From the moment owners, Michael Forte & Danielle Barnett, tried their first Acai bowl, they knew this was something they wanted to share with others. The amazing health benefits of Acai and the incredible flavors created when combining it with other foods like fruit, dark chocolate, honey and granola, really does make it a superfood. 
After finding the perfect space on Downtown New Port Richey's flourishing Main Street, Michael and Danielle only had one more hurdle to jump - COVID-19. Not only did Mr. Forte lose his full time job, but most of the vendors and farms that they were sourcing from, either closed temporary or closed permanently. Sourcing everything locally is essential to the mission of ADAPT Freshness. After months of uncertainty, Michael and Danielle were able to somehow open ADAPT with all local, fresh ingredients for their Acai bowls, Cold Pressed Juices, Smoothies, Wellness Shots, Avocado Toasts and other eclectic menu items. 
ADAPT Freshness does not adhere to any certain diet. They strive to offer healthy, delicious food with a friendly environment that is sure to stimulate all five senses! They also work very hard behind the scenes to keep the prices as affordable as possible. Make sure and stop by to say Hello to all of the friendly faces. The world is constantly changing and can be overwhelming at times. This small shop on Main Street just wants to help their community adapt by offering the freshest ingredients possible.
